Mark has worked with some of the worlds best sprinters and coaches for his own development and now, through Findlays Fitness, is able to share this knowledge with athletes from all sports to great effect. Mark's philosophy when it comes to sports specific training is that irrelevant of discipline whether it be mixed martial arts, football, rugby or any other elite sport is that you must be an athlete first - something he has first hand knowledge about.

As a result, Mark ensures there is a high level of strength & conditioning, fitness, agility and speed with all his sport specific clients to enable the best foundation for training and subsequently improvements. This approach when mixed with the specifics of the given sport guarantees results.
